                         He took one of the cookies and sank his teeth in. Her breath locked in her chest, waiting for his reaction.

                          A groan sounded from deep in his throat. “These are amazing. How do you keep from eating them all at once?”

                          Ignoring the pleasurable sound and what it did to her insides, she answered, “Self-control. Everything in moderation.”

   No, no, no! Not moderation, Quinn! And now I’m hungry for cookies. It’s cloudy with a real chill in the air today. I may have to bake now.

     It’s been unusually cold here for days. I’m actually surprised my kids haven’t bugged me for cookies.

     Yes, unfortunately, for Quinn ‘everything’ includes men (no matter how much her sister tries to break her of that)

     They are really good cookies. I had to try many, many batches of different recipes to get it right.
